By using BizWise, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

BizWise offers Pay Per Report, Monthly, and Yearly plans. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All plans auto-renew unless canceled.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. Pay Per Report payments are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

BizWise provides tools for financial reconciliation but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Users are advised to verify reports independently. We are not liable for any financial losses arising from use of our platform.

6. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or in connection with BizWise or New Tech Solution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh courts and legal authorities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
